Terms of service

Purpose for definition of terms

In order to enable the Distributor partners of Eastern Eckare Malaysia Sdn Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Eckare Malaysia”) to have a clear understanding of the definitions of terms in the Business Operations Manual and to protect the rights and obligations of Distributor partners, the relevant terms in the Business Operations Manual are hereby formulated in this section.

Application, Maintenance and Distributor Membership Methods and Qualifications

Distributor Membership Application

Membership is open to any “Individual” or “Corporation”. Applicant must submit the completed Member Application Form to the Company.

Applicant must be sponsored by a Member/Distributor of the Company. A Member/Distributor is an individual who is of the status of Member/Distributor or higher status, as stipulated in Compensation Plan of the Company

Individual Registration

  1. An individual applying to be a Member of the Company must be of legal age of 18 or above and is not an undischarged bankrupt.
  2. Husband and wife are allowed to sponsor each other and to hold separate Memberships in the Company.
  3. Individual application must be accompanied by a copy of his/her identity card (NRIC) and a copy of the front page of his/her bank passbook or statement of accounts.
  4. Student registration must be accompanied by the Agreement Form (student), Parent/Legal Guardian Declaration Form.
  5. The Parent/Legal Guardian Declaration Form ought to be signed in the presence of Customer Service Personnel in the Eastern Eckare Malaysia office or to be endorsed by Commissioner for Oaths or Lawyer as authentication.

Corporate Application

Upon submission of the Member Application Form, an Applicant must attach:

  • Sole Proprietor or Partnership ApplicantA photocopy of the Business Registration (Borang D) and Details of Owners (Borang A)

The Company reserves the right and authority to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.

A Member is only allowed to hold one (1) Membership under the same name. If a Member is found to have more than one Membership under the same name, the Company shall terminate one of them, whichever deemed fit and necessary.

If errors or discrepancies are found in a line of a network, the Company reserves the right to make an adjustment, restoration or any rectification deemed fit and necessary.

A Member/Distributor has the privilege to enjoy Member/Distributor Price.

Member/Distributor may place any new direct sponsored member to any of their downline‘s group.

Distributor Membership Application Process

Become an Eckare Malaysia Distributor

  1. Sponsored by an official Eckare Malaysia Distributor.
  2. Sign and fill in the Distributor Application Form and the Multi-Level Distributor Agreement in person, and Identity Certificate and Bank Book information should be attached (the legal person should attach the latest company change registration form, and the ID card of the person-in-charge and company account bank book and other information).
  3. Register on the official website of Eckare Malaysia and enter your personal information, and complete uploading the application form and identity certificate.
  4. Eckare Malaysia member can access to the business suite and the support website, and purchase the business suite or products corresponding to the PV value of your rank when you join the membership.
  5. When applying to become an Eckare Malaysia Distributor, if the identity document and bank book information are not fully attached after the company accepts the application, the company may require the Distributor to make corrections within ten working days (a written payment must be submitted to the incubation center or submit to Eckare Malaysia by mail), if the correction is not made within the time limit, it will be deemed that the applicant has not applied for registration, and will not be qualified as an Eckare Malaysia Distributor.
  6. Applicants who apply to become an Eckare Malaysia Distributor should read thoroughly to understand the relevant rules and regulations, and systems of Eckare Malaysia’s “Multi-level Distributor Agreement” and ” Business Operations Manual”, as well as the Multi-level MLM Management Law, relevant laws and regulations before applying for membership. Once you apply for membership, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to abide by the rules and regulations formulated by Eckare Malaysia and the relevant laws and regulations of Malaysia.
  7. Eckare Malaysia reserves the final right to accept applicants to join as Eckare Malaysia Distributors. After the applicant has completed all the membership procedures and has been reviewed and approved by Eckare Malaysia, the applicant can enjoy the complete rights and obligations of the Eckare Malaysia Distributors. Collectively referred to as the participation agreement will be kept by you, and you can have your personal “Back Office”, which can be used an unlimited number of times.
  8. Internet Resources-Members Area
    a) Exclusive to Eckare Malaysia Distributors, you must log in for using the account: Please enter the Eckare Malaysia Distributor number or ID number. Password: The first login password is preset by the system. It is recommended to change the password after login. (Do not reveal your password to others to avoid any abuse of personal rights).
